Shot Blast

Two types of shot blast machines with rotating tables and roller are used for complementary operations of parts and creating compressive stress on the surface, especially in the gears.

Laboratory

  • Nasim Sobh Farda Group of Companies continuously examines and validates the processes and results by having fixed and portable hardness tester and micro-hardness and also a light microscope with 1000x magnification.
  • Hardness and microstructure control and effective penetration depth of the parts are carefully done
  • The validity of the laboratory certificates is very important and valuable for us.

Wellman controls atmospheric furnace

  • Wellman controls atmospheric furnace with electric heating and application dimensions of 120 * 60 *  60 and height of 50 cm
  • it’s enough for the heat treatment of different types with Quinch series which is the quality with preheating furnace and washing machine, the second line of heat treatment of Nasim Sobh Farda.

Aichelin

  • The Aichelin heat treatment line is equipped with a preheated and tempered electric furnace, washing, and gas furnace with a capacity of 200 kg charge and it is used for a wide range of parts heat treatment including hardening, annealing, normalizing, soft annealing, carburizing.
  • Both the main and preheated Aichelin furnaces are equipped with a ceiling circulator fan to homogenize temperature and atmosphere, and the uniformity of properties after heat treatment is the result of the same circulator systems.
  • The quenching chamber of the parts is equipped with two powerful stirring motors that prevent steam from forming on the parts when the parts are quenched by stirring the oil.

  • Air-gas is non-flammable, colorless, odorless, and non-corrosive, and composed.
  • Air is a mixture of gases, such as argon, water vapor, a small amount of CO2, Oxygen, nitrogen, and small amounts of various other gases.
  • In the industry, artificial air is produced by combining oxygen and pure nitrogen in the form of 19.5 to 23.5% auxin with nitrogen balance.
  • The air in the liquid phase, a clear liquid with a blue tint and in the presence of CO2 In it, a little milky color.

Available grades:

  • The amount of humidity in the air varies from one height to another and from region to region.
  • In the zero or synthetic air industry, it is deliberately produced from a combination of pure oxygen and pure nitrogen, so it is expressed by the purity of the components used in production.
  • For example, the 5.0N grade of air, which represents the air produced from a combination of 19.5 to 23.5% of 5.0N grade oxygen with 5.0N nitrogen balance.

storage and transport tanks:

  • Compressed air is stored and transported in pressurized cylinders with different pressures and with different volumes.

Compatible and incompatible materials:

  1. Dry air is non-corrosive.
  2. The equipment in contact with it can be made of any ordinary metal.
  3. Gaseous air is usually carried in pressurized cylinders, tubes, and tube trailers.

What is Neon?

  • Neon is a chemical element with the symbol Ne and the atomic number 10.
  • This element Can be found in nature as a colorless gas.
  • Electric discharge emits a reddish-neon color, which shows that why neon lamps have a wide range of advertising uses.
  • Neon has 40 times the cooling properties of liquid helium and 3 times the liquid hydrogen, and it’s also used in the refrigeration industry.
  • Although neon is an inert gas in many practical cases, in combination with fluorine in the laboratory, it produces interesting colored compounds.
  • The above action suggests that the neon compound exists naturally; However, the evidence says that this hypothesis may be true or may not be true.
  • Neon is a very dangerous and deadly gas.
  • This gas can cause severe suffocation.
